I ordered replacement ink cartridges for a Lexmark 7600 all-in-one printer and received them in short order. I installed each cartridge and did a reset, clean and align. When I installed the black cartridge, I thought that it felt light. It turns out that it was empty and the color cartridge registered as half full. I'm calling tomorrow for a refund and don't plan on using this company again. I'm not really pissed, but I do expect to receive the product I paid for and not some cheap rip-off. Use them at your own risk. I just hope my refund is not half empty. 12939fc
